At Christian Art Distributors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchases; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure your items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel and any accessories back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
